The number of employees includes active employees plus non-active employees plus terminated employees. However it is easy to delete old non-active/terminated employees off the system if required.
The price quoted allows you to run the payroll program for one company only. Extra companies can be added to your payroll - on the same computer as the original installation - for $399.00 + GST each. A multi company annual licence will apply in this case, which will differ from the annual licence quoted above.
To run separate companies on other computers at other physical locations, a full payroll system will need to be purchased, with a separate annual licence.
The price includes the annual licence fee for the first year, which is then due on each anniversary of purchase.
