Payslip format changed

 

There are a number of different payslip formats available in Payroll Pro.

The selected format will only change if selected by the user (eg accidentally clicking another payslip type with the mouse). If this happens to you, simply reselect your required format again using the mouse. You can view payslips on screen to verify you have selected your required format, or just print a payslip for one or two employees to the printer.

Note that the "Paper Saver Format" will print two payslips per page to the printer, but when viewed on screen will show only one per page.

Please note that the "2-part payslips" for dot matrix printers are no longer available, but the option to print to these will remain in Payroll Pro.
