Reprint Payslips

 

You can print your payslips for the current pay run as many times as you like before finalising the pay using "Update Totals".

Past Payslips

A summary of any past payslip can be printed by going to the reports module and selecting "Reprint Payslips". This option is found to the lower left of the reports menu. Enter the period end date or the payment date of the payslip you wish to print. You can select the range of employees to be included by clicking the Change button.

If a mistake was made on the latest Payslips

You can print your payslips for the current pay run as many times as you like before finalising the pay using "Update Totals".
If you have updated the totals and realised that you have made a mistake with the pay, you can "Undo" the update totals, make changes, reprint payslips, and update the totals again. This should only be done for the very latest pay run, as it rolls everything back to just before the last time you clicked "Update Totals". Anything you have done since will be cleared. If you use this option please follow any instructions and read any messages carefully.

To undo the last update totals:

  1. From the top menu in Payroll Pro, select "Utilities"
  2. From the drop down menu, select "Undo Update Totals"
  3. Read all messages carefully, then tick all three boxes and click "Roll Back Now"
  4. Make any changes, and reprint your payslips.
  5. VERY IMPORTANT: when finished, click "Update Totals" to finalise the pay run.
