NOTES - Payroll Pro

Payroll Software for all versions of Windows including Windows 7.

The price quoted allows you to run the payroll program for one company only. Extra companies can be added to your payroll - on the same computer as the original installation - for $120.00 + GST each. A multi company annual licence will appy in this case, which will differ from the annual licence quoted above.

To run separate companies on other computers, a full payroll system will need to be purchased, with a separate annual licence.

The price includes the annual licence fee for the first year, which is then due on each anniversary of purchase.

 

NOTES - Payslip Paper

(Carbon copy line flow for Dot Matrix Printers)

This is is blank, two part carbonated paper for use in dot matrix printers. It is perforated at 33 lines - ie approximately half A4 size. The front copy (for employee) is white, the back office copy is also white. We are happy to sell these to both users of our payroll programs or to customers who wish to use them for other purposes.

 

NOTES - Security Payslips for Laser/Inkjet printers

These are of A4 size for use with Payroll Pro which has an option for printing to this type of payslip. After printing fold the payslip leaving only the employees name and address details exposed. The employee opens the payslip by tearing along the perforated lines. We are happy to sell these to both users of our payroll programs or to customers who wish to use them for other purposes.
