Download the Latest Update for Payroll Pro Version 2

Most users of Payroll Pro should not need to update from here, as the option to update directly from Payroll Pro is available.

 

You can quickly update Payroll Pro to the latest version by clicking 'check for updates online'. This is located just below the payroll version number at the top of the Payroll Main Menu. Alternatively you can select 'Help' from the top menu and then click 'Check for Updates Online' in the drop down menu. If the 'check for updates online' option is not available you may just have an earlier version of Payroll Pro - version 2.26 or lower. If this is the case then you will need to update using the link below.

 

Important note for Version 1 users: If you currently have Payroll Pro version 1 installed on your computer, do not use this option. Please go here instead: Update options for Payroll Pro Version 1.

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

The update file can be found by clicking here.

 

Click on the above link and SAVE the file onto your hard disk drive, into your payroll folder. If you are unsure of the folder that your payroll is in, run Payroll Pro and look under 'help', 'about'. This will show you the folder name for your payroll.

 

AFTER the file has completed downloading you may be able to run it straight away if a RUN option appears. OTHERWISE select ppv2up.exe from your payroll folder, double click and select RUN.

 

If you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox:

Click on the above link and select SAVE. Once the file has been downloaded, click and select RUN.
